1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bahumat ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

Bahumat is a free infotainment platform designed to sharpen your current affairs game. The Platform allows users to back their opinions on various topics and earn "IQ points" as a knowledge score.

  • IQ points are for bragging rights only - no cash value
  • IQ points cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money
  • IQ points cannot be transferred to other users
  • This platform is NOT gambling - no real money is involved

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bahumat. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To participate in predictions, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate predictions or outcomes
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Use automated systems or bots without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation

6. Prediction Markets

Predictions on Bahumat are resolved based on publicly verifiable information. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or void predictions if necessary
  • Modify resolution criteria before resolution
  • Delay resolution if clarification is needed
  • Make final decisions on disputed resolutions

7. IQ Points

IQ points are your knowledge score on the platform:

  • New users receive 500 IQ points upon registration
  • IQ points may be earned when your opinions are validated
  • IQ points are for bragging rights only - no cash value
  • We may adjust IQ point balances to maintain platform integrity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Bahumat, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bahumat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of predictions or market prices
  • That the Platform will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahumat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
